When you book your trip with Hugo Hunt & Golf, you are fully protected by the Travel Guarantee Fund

Why the Travel Guarantee Fund?

For our customers, a guarantee from the Travel Guarantee Fund means the following:

If one of our partners, for any reason, is unable to deliver the booked service, for example due to bankruptcy, Hugo Hunt & Golf will ensure that you receive an equivalent or better service from another provider, or that the booked service is refunded.

The coverage from the Travel Guarantee Fund also means that if Hugo Hunt & Golf were to go bankrupt, you will not lose your money, as the Travel Guarantee Fund reimburses payments made for trips that are not carried out.

During times of crisis, many operators have gone bankrupt, including hotels, car rental companies, and airlines. If you have prepaid directly to a company that goes bankrupt, the full amount is typically lost. This can result not only in a financial loss, but also in a ruined trip, for example, if you arrive at the airport and your booked rental car is not available.

Hugo Hunt & Golf is a member of the Travel Guarantee Fund (No. 3376)

The Travel Guarantee Fund provides assistance to customers who have purchased a package holiday, or in some cases, customers who have only purchased a flight ticket.

For individual purchases of other services online (excluding flight tickets), the Travel Guarantee Fund does not provide coverage. This is why you are always better protected when booking a package holiday with Hugo Hunt & Golf.
